Yes — free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend required.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email for every shipment. Use the link provided to track your delivery at any time.
Yes — we ship to every country worldwide. If your item includes multiple products they may arrive in separate packages, which is completely normal.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 100 nights of purchase. For non-quality-related returns, a restocking fee of 10%–20% applies. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used items unless there is a product quality issue.
Email hello@thedreameasy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thedreameasy.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and assessed, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
