TOG measures thermal resistance. Use 0.5 TOG for rooms 24–27°C, 1.0 TOG for 18–24°C, and 2.5 TOG for 16–20°C. When in doubt, go lighter — babies can't kick off covers, so it's safer to underdress than overdress.
Size by height first, then weight. Check the size guide on this page. A good fit means the neck opening has two-finger clearance and there's ample room for leg movement. Between sizes? Size up.
Yes. Our XS size is suitable from birth for babies 3.5 kg+. Always follow safe sleep guidelines: baby on their back, in their own sleep space, with no additional loose bedding.
